Refund & Returns Policy

At Studio ARceramics, we strive to provide high-quality courses, workshops and handmade ceramic products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions for cancellations, refunds and returns.

1.Courses and Workshops

Refunds for courses, workshops and other activities are subject to the cancellation terms set out in our Terms & Conditions.

If Studio ARceramics cancels an activity, participants will receive a full refund or, where possible, the opportunity to transfer their booking to another date.

2.Handmade Ceramic Products

If you purchase a handmade ceramic product through our webshop, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Studio ARceramics will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our ceramic products, slight variations in colour, shape and finish are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.

3.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Studio ARceramics within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

4.Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of an incorrect or damaged item supplied by Studio ARceramics, the costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

5.Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers issued by Studio ARceramics are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers remain valid for the period stated on the voucher or, where no validity period is specified, for the period described in our Terms & Conditions.
